Elite celebs paid tribute to Hanele Mostaparta last Christmas. She now shares her Christmas and New Year’s clothing plans with the rest of the country’s biggest fashion profiles.
Although it was as we all feared, with another Christmas marked by coronary restrictions – dresses and high heels are still allowed to go out in December. Christmas Eve is approaching, and we can hardly wait to plan an outfit for the big day.
We asked a bunch of fashion profiles how to decorate for Christmas this year, and they might inspire you.
Darja Paranik
Influencer Daria Paranik isn’t sure whether Christmas should be spent in Thailand or Norway – but one thing is for sure: ingenuity is on!
What trends are you currently obsessed with?
– Don’t think I have a craze for any special tendencies? But she says it was nice to be inside for a little while as I had the chance to decorate myself with feathers, sequins, and dresses.
It was fun as long as it lasted.
What will you wear on Christmas Eve?
– My friend and I booked a trip to Thailand a while ago, so we cross everything crossable so we can go. If we were in Thailand, it would be a summery, airy and nice thing. I haven’t finished my look but I will do some shopping before leaving. At home, I always wear a dress, socks, and heels.
Are you going to the Christmas table or other Christmas party?
– After the new restrictions, many have been canceled. I should have been on the plane at the time of writing to celebrate my boyfriend’s big day, but it was canceled at the last minute. In other words, I don’t have a complete overview at the moment, but I have a tradition of believing in some good evenings ahead. Both at the theatrical café, Christmas dinner with my childhood friends at my home and family gatherings.
What look do you drive home at christmas?
– If it was a trip to Thailand, I would be the annoying one on Instagram in bikini and summer clothes. A little too brown and a little too cute!
What does New Year’s outfit look like?
– I actually thought I might use the bridesmaid’s dress on New Years Eve too, but it would be saved for the big day hopefully next year. Then we will see if it will be a sunny celebration or New Year’s on the mountain. However, the malignancy must be in operation regardless of the outcome.
Anders Gran
For influencer and model Anders Gran, comfort is at the heart of the season, but the suit will likely still be ready for Christmas dinner—followed by sweatpants later in the evening, of course.
What trends are you currently obsessed with?
– I don’t know if it’s the trend, but beanie knits so they don’t freeze to death.
What will you wear on Christmas Eve?
– Probably a black suit for dinner, and when the company is over there will be very large sweatpants. Perhaps woolen underwear from head to toe. This is very nice.
Are you going to the Christmas table or other Christmas party?
– I’m going to the Christmas table with the boys I grew up with in Bergen. Other than that, it becomes very quiet.
What look do you drive home at christmas?
– you know what? Throughout December, I have to think comfortably. Recently I was walking around with a couple of sweatpants. Layer upon layer.
What does New Year’s outfit look like?
– New Year’s clothes depend on where I am and what I do. The plan is to go to the warmer regions before New Year’s Eve, but it depends a little on the new restrictions. Either a suit and coat or fleece underwear.
– I hope it’s an evening where both dresses are involved.
Hanele Mostaparta
Supermodel and model Hanele Mostaparta has clear ideas about what she wants to wear on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
What trends are you currently obsessed with?
I’m not as fond of dressing in winter as in summer. The latter is kind of my class. I love the Gestuz brown glitter bubble jacket with tie at the waist. It’s super cute with all kinds of high waisted pants. There are often black or light purple pants that are short at the ankle, so pair them nicely with a pair of Diemme winter boots and socks in between.
What will you wear on Christmas Eve?
I want a dress of the color you like and that suits you well. And last but not least, breastfeeding implants are designed for breastfeeding. Last year, I wore a stunning blush pink satin dress by Rotate. I think this year’s collection of pink and white traditional Chinese cloth with a large pink bow fulfills all my wishes. A little like a Christmas ball. It reminds me of the Marie Katranzo dress that she wore to the Christmas party at the home of Net-a-Porter founder Natalie Massenett, in London a few years ago, says Mustaparta and continues:
Greetings from David and Victoria Beckham, too. So this would be good! It’s perfect with a pair of shoes that matches New Year’s attire as well. A pair of champagne high heels with a bow at the back of the ankle, and one on the front of the other, by Jimmy Choo.
Are you going to the Christmas table or other Christmas party?
– Now with the new restrictions, I’m excited about whether there will be something off the girls’ Christmas table in a week’s time. When I can finally get dressed up, and now that I’m in the middle of a baby bubble with a little Fia at three months, I’m looking forward to moving on with “everything”.
– A long white button-front Mango dress, that is, very suitable for breastfeeding, high-heeled shoes in glossy polished leather, clean make-up and red Russian lipstick from MAC.
What look do you drive home at christmas?
– I’m running light gray pajamas from FWSS. It’s good to spin around a bit and get ready for Christmas. Other than that, I love Acne’s tie-back shirts with high-waisted jeans and some beige flip-flops.
What does New Year’s outfit look like?
– We’ve had a slightly different birthday since my boyfriend just smoked his Achilles heel. Thus, we probably don’t go to the cabin like we usually do on New Years Eve. Then I imagine a short navy dress with oversized sequins by The Attico and a pair of champagne heels with bows by Jimmy Choo. The same as on Christmas Eve.
Jenny Scaflan
Queen Jenny Scaflan “Sew On” of course sewed her Christmas and New Year’s outfits herself.
What trends are you currently obsessed with?
I am like a crow and I draw hard against all that glitters. This is another counter-reaction to isolation and sports shorts. But now it looks like we’ll be wearing a lot of sparkly pants on the couch in the future. Bright clothes in most cases contain a lot of plastic, so I try to at least find it used, so it makes up for something environmentally.
What will you wear on Christmas Eve?
– I sewed a Fæbrik syboka Christmas dress from a bright blue fabric I found at Finn. It has a square neck and large insulated sleeves.
Are you going to the Christmas table or other Christmas party?
– It would be interesting to see. It’s quite exciting if planned Christmas tables become a thing, but if we can have a little fun at Christmas, it’s a Christmas table with old and new friends as well as the best pals in the world at Fæbrik.
What look do you drive home at christmas?
– Now I find Tise, Finn and Fretex to use cashmere. I’m a fiber snob and once you start wearing comfortable cashmere clothes, it’s hard to stop. Trousers and a head covering are preferred. he slept!
What does New Year’s outfit look like?
– Oh! I sewed the sparkly jacket from Fretex into a dress. Then I don’t throw Pearl Octopussy so it will sparkle a lot.
Celine Lagarde

What trends are you currently obsessed with?
Suitable for versatile clothing in silver, black, metallic and cashmere. Pink for festive occasions and a white coat in the dark.
What will you wear on Christmas Eve?
A good combination of underwear and outerwear in a beautiful union. I wear a snowboarding costume during the day and a dress or a self-styled suit in the evening. What exactly the Christmas costume will be depends on the shape of the day and the temperature inside. Last year there was a white suit in the cabin wearing slippers…
Are you going to the Christmas table or other Christmas party?
– With the new infection control rules, Christmas dinner will be postponed, but of course it will be a family Christmas with those closest to you. We’re open on our concept store in Oslobukta, so the site is likely to be where the undersigned wear. Heels and disco balls are played in the ears.
