Find a dead hockey scout

Just days before the NHL draft takes place, NHL scouts for the San Jose Sharks are found dead in a hotel room in Montreal – where the draft will be held Thursday.

It is not known what happened to Brian Marshman (53). The agent states that the death was “unexpected”.

“We are devastated. Our deepest sympathies are with Brian’s family, friends, and the shark community at this time,” San Jose Sharks wrote in a press release.

The 53-year-old played for multiple NHL clubs as an active player over the course of 17 seasons – and was the Sharks’ coach and director of development. He was known to be hard on ice.

The march leaves behind a wife and two children. Mason’s son plays for the Florida Panthers.
