Time to go home and that’s what “Home Time” is best remembered by Kgersty:

Earlier in December, it became known that the viewer was a favorite Home Time and Garden Time are broadcasting for the last time in spring.

– The upcoming seasons of Home Time and Garden Time will be the last on TV 2. Kjersti Bergesen and the gang have inspired the entire Norwegian people with their zeal for renewal. However, we have chosen to close a chapter, to make room for other ideas, says TV 2 Program Editor Kathryn Halldorsen.

Since 2004, more than 200 homes have been visited by the Time for Home gang, led by Kjersti Bergesen (60). In 2019 they also tackled the Norwegian People’s Gardens at Tid for hage.

– It’s very sad. I am sorry. I’ve been working on this for an incredibly long time. At the same time, I knew it would end one day, Bergesen told TV 2 when the news broke.

Throughout the seasons, viewers have been inspired, gapped, and maybe even picked up some helpful tips and tricks. But what is Bergesen himself best remembered for over the years?

The funniest moment

When she remembers the seasons, it’s not easy to pick out her favorite moments. However, there is one incident that she remembers well.

In the first episode of season 16, the renovation crew will deal with which home will be first Decent The home of a multigenerational refugee family.

Andreas made a sick “machine” to make a tour. The rest of us didn’t know that and were surprised. It all turned into a hilarious laugh sequence. She says it was one of the funniest moments.

“I think this project is one of the coolest things we’ve done!”

So Bergesen started the project, again in 2019. She describes it as one of the best results of the seasons.

Many families wanted to turn their shared boathouse into a fun place to rest, snuggle, and store, as well as have practical solutions for boat set-up and pick-up.

Due to the spring floods, carpenter Andreas Nygaard faced a challenge – how to make fixtures that could withstand a water level of 27 cm above the ground?

An innovative solution was a perforated stainless steel sheet along the floor, so that water could flow in and out. In addition, the same plate was placed on the roof so that the moisture could easily dry out and the harbor would be fine.

Each Tid for home season brings with it different designers who map out how the project should look. There were so many wild colors, clever solutions, and unique touches. Bergesen rushes forward Project from last season Crazy result.

You should be in a good mood when you come home, says designer Morten, who opted for – to put it mildly – funky colors in the entrance area.

The family of four struggled to agree on what colors to choose for the living room, kitchen, and hallway. The only thing they were sure of was that white walls were not an option. Then designer Morten Skjærpe Knarrum took over.

– It was a pleasant acquisition, says Bergesen.

Watch how the couple reacted when they saw the colorful result in the video below.

– It was a colorful delight. It was a funny sequence where we painted the entrance bright orange, and the designer also comes in and takes a look. She said he had to go out again and look again because it was too interesting to go in.

– A funny moment for me

In Season 20, the gang dealt with an old-fashioned living room. How should they turn it into a modern expression?

– I feel we were lucky. The designer did a great job creating a fun room. We don’t want to change anything when the couple saw the result, Atlee said happily.

But for Bergesen, this is another thing she remembers as a beautiful moment from the project.

– I made a huge paper picture. We installed it in a frame, lying on a table, and also hung it. It was a wonderful and interesting moment. It turned out very nice.
