On Wednesday night this week, the Golden Globe Awards took place. The occasion was attended by a number of famous stars, including an actor Jennifer Coolidge (61).

Coolidge is perhaps best known for her role as “Stifler’s mom” in the “American Pie” movies, although she has also appeared in a number of other roles.
In 2021, she appeared in the much-talked-about series “white lotus”, a comedy-drama created by Mike White (52). It follows guests and employees of the fictional White Lotus resort chain as their stay is affected by their various psychological and social imbalances.

During the ceremony, the actress received the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or Television Film. When she took the stage, she shocked the audience, to say the least. Writes The Independent.
In her acceptance speech, Coolidge revealed to the audience what’s going on with her role as Tanya in The White Lotus.
She said her character was killed off in the second season.
As a result of this revelation, it left many disappointed TV viewers, who have now taken to Twitter.
“Oh no. I recently started watching “white lotus”, and Jennifer Coolidge just dropped a major wing in her speech. So it sucks,” one Twitter user writes.
“In the age of live streaming and international viewership, it is illegal for actors to spoil the series in an acceptance speech. We love you Jennifer, but that’s the law!!!,” another exclaims, while a third continues:
“How could Jennifer Coolidge spoil season 2 of ‘The White Lotus’ like this??”.
The actor has yet to comment on the complaints received after the acceptance letter.
“Infuriatingly humble web fan. Writer. Alcohol geek. Passionate explorer. Evil problem solver. Incurable zombie expert.”
