Also update your Mac

The update is for iOS version 16.4.1 (a) and macOS version 13.3.1 (a). So the goal is to quickly update mobile phones, tablets and laptops in order to close security bugs without having to update the entire operating system in some cases. When we tried to update our iPhone 14 Pro Max, we downloaded it but it didn’t update with an error message saying update could not be verified.

Important security updates require iOS 16.4.1 or later, iPadOS 16.4.1 or later, or macOS Ventura 13.3.1 or later.
