The night before the evening, a festive ball was organized at Buckingham Palace, and the Norwegian Crown Princess was, of course, present to honor the British royal couple.

The crown couple posed smiling for the photographers, and the crown princess was dressed in an elegant outfit by, among others, Norwegian wrapper and Brit Alexander McQueen.
– unbelievable!
But it was the detail on Crown Prince Haakon’s right arm that attracted the most attention. Around his wrist was a prominent black pulse watch.
This makes watch enthusiast Sigmund Sajberg Andersen smile.
– I think it’s so cool that our heir to the throne wears a fake heart rate monitor on such big occasions! He tells TV 2.
– It’s a bit of a crown prince image, to be “part of the people.” But I actually don’t think the price of the krone cares much about shoddy watches.

– There are enough jeers and staffers in Royal circles about it, so I think it’s great that our Crown award is going its own way on that front. I’d like to think he’s the only crown prince in that company that has a heart rate monitor!

Andersen notes that King Harald is also interested in watches.
King Harald owns an old Rolex GMT-Master, Pepsi. It is possible for the reward of the crown to continue to use this when he becomes king. But we can hope that many more years will pass! Andersen tells TV 2.
