Debate: Last year, the Defense Forum organized a panel discussion on the development of the defense forces, with Defense Minister Bjorn Arild Gramm (Sp) in session.

Follow the panel’s current discussions on the war in Ukraine and the countries of the south, youth participation in defense policy, and testing security policy during this year’s Arendal Week.

The Arendal week starts on Monday, and there the Defense Forum will organize a discussion with Panorama Nyheter on how the countries of the south relate to the Ukraine war. You will be offered coffee and something to eat. If you want to speed up the small gray steps during the day, you can also follow the Defense Forum Security Policy Test in collaboration with the Atlantic Committee on Tuesday night.

In addition, Corresponding Officer Ylva Schwenck will participate in a panel discussing what it will take for young people of the future to engage in defense and security policy, under the auspices of the Armed Forces Trusteeship Scheme and the Youth NATO Association (YATA).
