I recently trained as a healthcare worker in a nursing home in Trondheim. Although she is young, she already has some experience from internships and summer jobs.
Care will appear
– I really enjoy working. “I always look forward to coming to work and meeting my colleagues and patients,” she says.
Holås wants to become a healthcare worker because she loves people and is able to show care to others.
– Is this a profession you can envision growing up in?
– yes it is. As long as we have more people to work in the evenings and on the weekends, I’ll be fine.
meeting for discussion
