Carolyn Netter tells us about 71 degrees north

A Glimpse of Reality Caroline Netter (25) first became known through the scandal show “Ex On The Beach”. Many may have been surprised when earlier this year she was launched as one of the participants in ’71 Degrees North – Norway’s Most Powerful Celebrities’.

Studs are often seen with long blonde hair, tanned skin, dramatic eyelashes, and long nails. When she’s racing up and down mountains with a heavy pack in the first two episodes, many of her teammates admit she’s impressive. They may have underestimated her, but even the 25-year-old knew she had an ace up her sleeve.

“what the hell?”

– I’m a girl from the North, and if I really had to dig deep into psychosis and bring out hidden childhood talents, I would do it – and I had to do it.

-I suffer from PTSD, I’m afraid of heights and I really enjoyed it in front of the camera as much as I did off camera. But there is no alternative, you just have to do the best I can. “What the hell am I doing?” This was what I was thinking.

Netter explains that for her the treks themselves and the walks up and down the big mountains were not the worst. My big challenge was the food and sleeping situation – which was pretty much a real food and tent tour.

-She is really the toughest celebrity in Norway. I’m so proud of those who managed to pull it off so well, and those who did it in previous seasons, because it’s absolutely relentless. I understand why people held back.

-I was surprised how difficult it was. I thought maybe there were some “behind the scenes” benefits, like maybe I’d get an energy drink at the airport, or an iced coffee since I don’t drink instant coffee — but that wasn’t the case. There was no special treatment and neither did my dear mother.

– He was terrified

– For example, I was very surprised by Maria Staffang. I like it. We kept in touch after that, and even though she was the complete opposite of me, we became good friends.

But is there something you’re afraid of appearing on TV?

– Of course a lot, but at the same time you reach a point where you can no longer care. It’s going to be on TV anyway, don’t be afraid of it.
