Comedian Phil Giroud (42 years old) has died

Known for his rich lyrical notes and speeches, British comedian Phil Giroud died of cancer at the age of 42.

It’s reports Watchman, who cites his running off the sidewalk.

Management says Giroud died in his home with his wife Becky by his side. They describe him as “a dear friend of ours, an incredibly kind and talented man.”

The comedian has been well received on social media, including 39-year-old comedian Dane Baptiste, who called him a “wonderful comedian”.

During his career, Giroud has performed at many stand-up clubs and festivals across the UK.

A Twitter message from one of the stand-up clubs, Cardiff Glee Club, describes it as “warm, supportive and a great comedian who always helped fill our places with laughter”.

His comedy career began in 2012, and in 2015 he won Best Debut at the Leicester Comedy Festival.
