Various assistants

-I have two or three in Oslo and two in Bergen. They are used differently, everyone is good in their own way. It’s very nice that people want to follow me in sports and in private life. I don’t live an A4 day-to-day life, so it’s nice that this person wants to be a part of it and finds it exciting.

Kashvali suffers from Stargardt eye disease and gradually lost her sight. Even before his eyesight failed, he played sports and decided to continue playing sports for people with special needs. He now holds the world record for the 100 metres, and has been named Norway’s Paralympic Athlete of the Year on two occasions.
Participates in training
With daily training sessions and many sports-related tasks, it was useful for Kashvli to find someone who is passionate about sports.
-It’s a plus if they are interested in sports. They don’t have to exercise, but they should be fit enough to run in new areas and lift weights in the gym, so they are fairly fit.
Kashvili is then training for the Paralympics and has clear goals for the important competition.
– You want a medal of the appropriate value, and of course it should be gold.
The runner holds the world record for the 100 meters in the para category, and has previously expressed his dream of competing in the able-bodied category. Then also in the major tournaments.
