A typographical error meant ardent fans of Bruce Springsteen spent a few thousand pounds on Thursday morning to buy a ticket to a concert with Brüller.
On Thursday morning, organizer Live Nation opened exclusive pre-sales for tickets to a concert with Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band at the Dokken in Bergen next summer. Each individual then had the opportunity to purchase up to eight tickets for NOK 990 each.
But when the first and most eager people clicked “buy tickets,” they were taken to a link with Brüller’s concert at Oslo Spektrum on March 1, 2024. In other words, it’s not quite what they had in mind.

Martin Nilsen at Live Nation says they were quickly informed of the error, which was due to human error when the correct Ticketmaster link was due to be published.
– There are six to eight people who had this experience, but their tickets were already refunded and they got new tickets for Springsteen, Martin Nielsen tells VG.
Springsteen fan Henrik Svensli didn’t even have time to hit the buy button, but the wait for the correct link to Springsteen tickets was too long.
– We who came first in the broiler queue ended up last in the Springsteen queue. Then there were 8,000 or something on the waiting list and it was sold out, Svensli tells VG.
He admits it was a bit sad to experience such a thing when he was so young.
-We are eight guys who were with Springsteen in Oslo this summer and are looking forward to seeing him again in Bergen. “We now have to prepare for when normal sales start and hope that things will go better after that,” says Henrik Svensli.
The normal start of sales for the remaining tickets is November 6 at 10.00
