The US Department of Justice has issued nine new tax evasion charges against Hunter Biden.
The 56-page court documents state the department believes Biden evaded at least $1.4 million in federal income tax over four years. The amount is equivalent to just over 15 million Norwegian kroner at today’s exchange rate.
Instead of paying taxes, Biden spent large sums of money on a lavish lifestyle, the department wrote in the documents.
The penalty is up to 17 years in prison.
The tax crimes are added to an indictment for violating Delaware’s gun law. In October, Biden pleaded not guilty to lying about drug use when he bought a gun. It was the first criminal case against the child of a sitting US president, according to NTB.

This is how I use the money
According to court documents, Hunter Biden allegedly spent his money on “drugs, female escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing and other personal items, in short, everything except taxes.” BBC.

Hans allegedly spent nearly $1 million in 2016, $1.4 million in 2017, $1.8 million in 2018, and $600,000 in 2019, according to the indictment.
Between 2016 and 2019, he withdrew $1.6 million from ATMs alone.
During the same period, he allegedly spent more than $683,000 on payments to “various women,” an additional $188,960 on “adult entertainment,” $397,530 on clothing and accessories, and $237,496 on health, beauty, and pharmacy products.

“Continuous parties”
Hunter Biden chose for several years not to seek permanent residency. Instead, he stayed in luxury hotels. Most of them were in Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, DC.
According to court documents, he used the hotels “to hold constant parties.”
Some of the money went to rent a Lamborghini. Biden rented it after moving to the West Coast because he was waiting for his Porsche to be shipped to him.

In addition, the president’s son paid $1,500 to an exotic dancer at a strip club, $11,500 for two nights with an escort, $27,316 in payments to a porn site, and $10,000 for a sex club membership.
Cocaine
Now prosecutors are using Hunter Biden’s words against him. They claim that Biden himself wrote much of what the indictment alleges in his private memoir, “Beautiful Things.”
Among other things, the report cites expenses of $388,810 that he claimed went on business trips, even though he wrote in his book that the year “was dominated by cocaine use twenty-four hours a day, smoking every fifteen minutes.” “Seven days a week.”
