Middelfart appeared on Solstad Offshore's shareholder lists on Tuesday, and E24's investor lists on Wednesday showed it had continued to buy.

Investment firm Midelfart Capital has been listed with an additional 122,262 shares, bringing its registered stake in the shipping company to 353,059 shares.

The shares are worth approximately NOK 13 million based on Tuesday's closing price on the Oslo Stock Exchange. This makes it the 21st largest contributor. Solstad Offshore's share rose by 7.99 percent on the same day that Midelfart's entry became known.

Contributor lists have a two-day lag and therefore do not capture changes that occurred during the period. Changes can stem from normal purchases or sales, but also from other types of transactions or events.

The Skudenshavn-based shipping company has received a lot of attention in the financial press in recent months, due to a high-profile conflict between shareholders. He stands between the majority owner Kjell Inge Røkke on the one hand and Christine Svejas on the other. Middelfart is one of Norway's most famous businesswomen. When she was 27, she and her sister Hermine acquired the fortune of their late father, Finn Erik Middelfart.

Midelfart has also made several investments abroad and in oil. Midelfart Capital is listed as the fifth largest shareholder in Christian Siem's ​​shipping company Siem Offshore, a shareholding worth 170 million at today's exchange rate.

In addition, Middelfart is listed in positions at oil company Panoro Energy, residential drilling company Prosafe, and shipping company AMSC controlled by Røkke.
