The Israeli army claims that Iran has launched more than 300 drones and missiles against targets in Israel. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard confirmed the attacks in state media.
A child is said to have been seriously injured in the attack. Israel says that 99% of the drones have been intercepted, according to Reuters.
At three o'clock on Sunday night, the Israeli occupation authorities reduced their invitation to their citizens to remain near shelter centers.
In a post on X, the Israeli Prime Minister wrote on Sunday morning that they had avoided and responded to attacks from Iran.

Condemns the attack
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Joe Biden held a phone conversation Sunday night about the Iranian attack on Israel.
– I condemn these attacks in the strongest possible terms, Biden says in one of his words statement After the conversation.
Furthermore, Biden says he has assured Netanyahu of the United States' “unbreakable commitment” to Israel's security, and that he will bring together G7 leaders in hopes of developing a joint diplomatic response to Iran.
US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin urges Iran to stop escalating the situation, Reuters writes.
Austin says that the United States does not want war with Iran. At the same time, he says the United States will not hesitate to protect its forces and support Israel's defense.
He requests an urgent meeting
Israel requested that the UN Security Council hold an emergency meeting on Sunday. They want to condemn the Iranian attack on Israel and declare the Iranian Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization.
The Iranian attack constitutes a serious threat to global peace and security. I expect the Security Council to use all available means to take action against Iran, Israel's UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan wrote in X.
The meeting is expected to take place on Sunday evening.
They gathered in the streets
Thousands gathered in the Iranian capital, Tehran, to show their support after the attack, Agence France-Presse reported.
There they are said to have shouted “Death to Israel!” and “Death to the United States!” Shortly after the Revolutionary Guards announced that the attack was underway.
Others waved Iranian and Palestinian flags. Demonstrations also took place in Isfahan, the third largest city in Iran, and in Khorman in the south of the country.
Iran described Saturday night's attack as a “true promise” and said it was punishment for what it calls “Israel's crimes.”

At the beginning of April, Israel reportedly killed a high-ranking Revolutionary Guard general and several other Iranians in an airstrike in the Syrian capital, Damascus.
According to Iran, Israel was behind the attack. Israel did not comment on the incident.
Israeli Army: More than 300 missiles and drones
On Saturday evening, Iran attacked Israel with hundreds of drones and missiles.
Anti-aircraft sirens were heard in a large number of places, including northern Israel, the south of the country, the northern occupied West Bank, and in the Dead Sea near the border with Jordan.
The Israeli military told Israeli newspaper Haaretz on Sunday morning that more than 300 missiles and drones had been sent.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard told state media that it had launched dozens of drones and missiles at “specific targets” in Israel.
This attack is the first large-scale attack on Israel by Iran, despite decades of hostility since the Islamic Revolution in Iran in 1979.
The attack comes “in response to the recent crimes of the Zionist regime,” according to a statement by the Revolutionary Guards carried by the German News Agency.
