Witzøe was recently named Frøya's 'Name of the Year'. Part of the reason is because he chose to stay on the island rather than travel abroad.
The salmon heir himself explained that in 2022 he only had a few hours to move to the tax haven of Switzerland, but that was after carefully discussing the matter with his companions. He chose to live in Norway.
