Prince Sverre Magnus appeared on May 17

Prince Sverre Magnus (18 years old) was drunk this year and was therefore not present on the castle balcony with the rest of his family. He was also not present on the steps outside the Crown Prince's family home in Skogum on National Day morning.

It is of course a well-known tradition for members of the royal family to wave to the children's train and the Russian train that passes by the castle on National Day.
