In an interview with Sunday Times style Actor Joe Alwyn, 33, says his time with the pop star was “long and loving” and “completely committed”. They were lovers from 2017 to 2023.
– It's a difficult thing to deal with, the 33-year-old says about the breakup, and she explained:
– What is unusual and abnormal about this situation is that after one week it suddenly becomes publicly known, and the outside world can say something about it.
Alwyn was also asked about Swift's recent album “Tortured Poets Oath,” which many believe was inspired by a breakup between the two.
Then he said:
– I hope everyone can understand and empathize with the challenges that come with ending a long, loving, fully committed relationship that lasted six and a half years.
Much has been written about the breakup, and Alwyn has so far remained silent about how he experienced the relationship and how it ended.
The truth is that there will always be a gap between what is known and what is said. I've come to terms with it.
Moreover, he said that he is “in very good condition.”

The actor doesn't want to comment on whether he's dating again, or whether he's still in touch with Swift.
