The property in Nesøya in Asker municipality, which includes a bathhouse and a deep-water jetty, has been put up for sale for NOK 65 million.
The architect-designed detached house has as of 2022 a usable area of 462 square metres, and was sold to the current owners for NOK 40.5 million in March 2023.
The owners are now looking for an asking price of NOK 65 million.

Stensrud didn't want to go into detail for the sellers what has been accomplished since purchasing the home last year, but he explained that a lot of effort has been made.
He says that expensive materials are used here for construction and aesthetics purposes.
The property was designed by architect Lorentz Geddahl, according to the announcement.
Bathroom and sidewalk
The plot, with a total area of 1,871 square metres, has a large garden and its own private beach.
The property includes a detached house with a double garage, bathroom and deep water dock.
Stensrud in Boa Eiendomsmegling points out that it is difficult to obtain properties with certified and legal bathrooms.
According to the broker, there are not many homes of this type on the market.
– Other than that, it is also difficult to get a property in this area that you can build on, he says.
The detached house has, among other things, six bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a fireplace, a wine room in the basement and three bathrooms. It is possible to rent all or part of the basement.

– Price inside
From the house you can see the fjord in 180 degrees, according to the ad.
Since the house is brand new and luxurious, the broker believes the asking price of NOK 65 million is realistic.
– It is a wonderful house, and the price is very reasonable. Meanwhile, it's very difficult to get anything new in the beach area, Stensrud says.
– The response so far has been very good, so we think sales can rise quickly. But of course there is something uncertain in this price range.
