Although the vast majority of our customers will be traveling as planned and we are protecting important holiday destination areas over the half-term period, we will have to make some other cancellations through the end of October, a spokesperson for the airline tells Sky News.

The channel wrote that the total capacity of the airline’s winter schedule, until the end of March, will decrease by eight percent, which will affect about 10,000 flights.

The impact on travelers will be minimal, with the majority of flights remaining on the winter schedule.

We will offer customers affected by any of these changes an alternative flight with British Airways or another airline or the possibility of a refund, the spokesperson says.
