Manchester City is accused of committing 115 violations.

This was reported by journalist Ben Rumsby from The Telegraph on Twitter. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano also reported the same.
– We cannot comment on the case, but the history is clear, Masters says – without revealing the date – according to what was reported by a number of reporters.
The Premier League opened its investigation into the Manchester City case in 2018. Both the Premier League and the club have been very reserved in making statements about developments in the case.
Manchester City has been charged with a total of 115 violations of financial rules in the Premier League.
The rules that City was accused of breaking:
- Seasons 2009/10 to 2017/18 – Rules requiring accurate financial information to be provided, in good faith, giving a true and fair view of the club's financial position, particularly in relation to its income (including sponsorship income), related parties and operating costs.
- Seasons 2009/10 to 2012/13 – Rules requiring full details of manager's remuneration.
- Seasons 2013/14 to 2017/18 – rules requiring the club to adhere to UEFA rules, including club licensing and Financial Fair Play.
- Seasons 2015/16 to 2017/18 – Profitability and Sustainability Rules.
- From December 2018 to date – rules requiring the club to cooperate with the Premier League and assist it in its investigations, including by providing documents and information in good faith.
