He was supposed to take it one season at a time, but it would be impossible for father-of-two Pal Gullberg to give up before the World Championships in Trondheim after a good start to the season.

Golberg will be approximately 35 years old during the World Ski Championships in Trondheim. At home, the partner holds down the fort with two kids when Golberg trains and competes. After performing very well at the World Championships in Planica last season with three golds and one silver, he said he will take each season one at a time.

The 33-year-old from Goal has had an adventurous rise in his career. He made his World Championship debut in 2013 with a fifth place in the sprint. After that, it will be eight years before the next World Cup race. There were two eighth-place finishes and a World Championship gold in the relay in Oberstdorf. In 2021.
