This year, all you have to do is mark the dates from June 23-24 for a weekend of live music in Mjøskanten. Then the 5th edition of the Fridvika Festival started, and now the Festival Bureau is starting to release more and more names.
Fredvika Festival has already launched Honningbarna, OnklP & De Fjerne Slektningene and Marit Larsen, and now three more artists are ready to festival this summer in Gjøvik.

While freezing temperatures still lurk, Festival Acting Director Frøydis Holstad Torp is delighted to announce that Ramón, Hedda Mae and not least Spellemannpris Fieh are ready to take the stage this summer.
What all three have in common is a high level of energy on stage and a good live experience! Here, you just have to prepare for good concert experiences, says Torp, who likely expects a lot of people to look forward to an experience in, which visited the festival in 2018.
– It’s great that Fieh is finally back in Fridvika! It will be very interesting. Here you can dance and sing along with our local heroes. Since last time, they’ve released two albums, and this spring they’ll be releasing more new music, she says.

The new song “Texas Baby” has already received good reviews. It’s going to be an amazing show when this talented group of friends returns to the stage – you can definitely expect dancing, high energy levels, and an ecstatic concert.

From Bergen comes Hida Mai which is known for keeping up with energetic, groovy and fun music. It should also be a summer hit, says Frøydis Holstad Torp.
She has a unique knack for absorbing a number of well-known inspirations from the aesthetics of the ’90s and early 2000s to create futuristic pop that is entirely her own sound. It’s been really well received by the public and the press, says Torp, who has more exciting things in her festival bag.
– Last year Ramon set a record with back-to-back streaming recordings, a Norwegian tour with several sold-out shows and two p3 Gold nominations. Everyone can identify with his music, and you can laugh and cry over the songs — or dance like you’re on the grass in Vredvika, she adds.
