Swedish Minister of Social Affairs Lena Hollengren and Director of Public Health Karin Techmark Wiesel convene an urgent press conference on the Corona situation. It writes Aftonbladet.
The press conference is already at 10 a.m. Thursday. Dagbladet TV broadcasts the press conference live.
Prime Minister Magalena Anderson tells the TT news agency that vaccination passes are required when entering from Norway.
– We see the spread of the disease not only in Europe but also in our neighboring countries. In Sweden, a Corona passport is required for entry from all countries outside the Nordic region. Today, he says, the government will make a decision that it is a necessity for travelers from Nordic countries as well.
Clear message to the people of the cabin
The background to this is that the prevalence of the disease is now much lower in Sweden than in Norway.
Anderson told TT News that he expects Norwegians to follow the Norwegian recommendations of a maximum of ten people who meet at Christmas and not to serve alcohol.
– I expect the most welcome Norwegians in Sweden to follow the recommendations, he says.
He has a clear message for the Norwegian audience:
– He says do not move the party beyond the border.
