Stacy Naito from California is not only a doctor, but also a bodybuilder.
She is now making headlines after an interview with a British tabloid the sunwhere she is referred to as “the most exciting doctor in the world” – a title she considers a great honor.
– Patients expressed their concern
on Instagram account The site, where she has 32,000 followers, presents herself as a “doctor by day, fitness champion by night”.
There she posted hundreds of photos of herself from fitness competitions in tight clothes and bold poses.
The unusual dual role is not without challenges for the American doctor. Naito says she’s met many patients who doubted her:
-I have had a number of patients who have expressed concern about my appearance. As if being attractive has anything to do with my credibility as a doctor…
– Breaks stereotypes
She actually claims that she ended up in several “frustrating situations” where she was criticized “simply for being an attractive doctor.”
-A lot of people seem to think it’s not appropriate for a doctor, especially a female doctor, to participate in competitions as a bodybuilder, because that means she has to stand on stage in a shiny bikini and show off her “stuff.” “But I like to break stereotypes,” she says.
Naito believes that there are many people who criticize professional people who refuse to cover up, but instead choose to show off their bodies in bikinis or fitness clothes.
“Queen of Stuffing”
However, she does not plan to give in to outside pressure, and says she is not afraid to reject criticism or rude remarks.
– I always tell my followers that everyone can live a life where they appreciate their strengths, and that they can change their bodies and lives by acquiring healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle.
Naito was trained as a family physician. She works daily at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in Los Angeles, which specializes in cosmetic and medical anti-aging — such as Botox and fillers.
– She is not an ordinary doctor by any means. Because of her skills with Botox and fillers, she became known as the “Queen of Fillers,” as they write on their queens Websites.
