At the end of February, the artist Trian Rain (52) bought an apartment in the center of the capital.
According to documents accessed by Nettavisen, the apartment is located in popular Grünerløkka, and Rein paid NOK 4,350,000 for it. Only Rein is listed as the owner of the apartment, not her husband, Lars Mansen, 59.

The apartment is a 49 square meter two-room apartment on the first floor.

The ad shows that the apartment in Grünerløkka is being rented for NOK 18,000 a month. The artist himself took up residence on March 17, a big day for him.

He also wrote that he has already booked his first tenants through Airbnb and finds it “a little scary.”
