Next year, Ed Sheeran, 33, will perform at Oslo's Ullevaal Stadium as part of his world tour, the “ED SHEERAN: +-=÷X TOUR”, also known as the Math Tour, and tickets went on sale on Wednesday morning.

However, it didn't take long before there was a long queue to get to the websites to buy tickets, and within half an hour the tickets were purchased. Now the organizer is sharing good news about the event Facebook.

“It's going to be an extra concert! Wow – the Ed Sheeran concert sold out and set a record for the number of spectators at Ullevaal! Surely there's nothing left to do but add an extra concert? The organizer FKP Scorpio Norge writes about this event.

Tim Salvesen at FKP Scorpio says they are overwhelmed with the response.

“Although we had a rough guess about how many Ed Sheeran fans we have here in Norway, we are amazed by the response that has come since the news broke on Friday,” says Tim Salvesen of FKP Scorpio.

“In collaboration with Ed Sheeran's team and with the good help of Ullevaal Stadium, we are really happy to be able to hold another concert next summer.”

According to Ullevaal Stadion, they had around 31,000 guests inside for a concert in the past. Sheeran broke the record with an audience of 36,000 people.

Sheeran will stay in the city for another day and will also play an additional concert on Sunday, July 27, 2025, in addition to the original Saturday, July 26, show.
