Two years ago, actor Bruce Willis (68 years old) was diagnosed with aphasia. In February this year, it was reported that the 68-year-old had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.
-I miss my father
Since then, his family has been providing frequent updates on the actor's condition.
Now the actor's wife, Emma Heming (45), is publicly sharing about her husband on Instagram.
In 2007, Willis and Hemming became a couple, and two years later they married. The two have been together now for 16 years.
“16 years with this special man. My love and admiration for him grows every day,” the 45-year-old wrote on social media in a series of photos of the two of them.
She also posted the photos on Instagram's story feature, followed by a video clip in which she talked about her and the actor's condition.
I got the name by accident
Here there is no hiding the fact that although things have already been difficult for some time, they have become even more difficult during this period of Christmas celebrations and anniversaries.
– How do I really feel today? Well how do I look? I think that says it all, as Hemming says at the beginning.
She appeared in the video sitting in sports clothes, apparently without makeup, and wearing glasses.
-I was just talking to a very close friend on the phone and cried with him. It is very important to have someone to confide in your feelings, rather than keeping them inside and pretending they are nothing. I tend to do so, the wife says, before continuing:
– But you know, holidays are hard, anniversaries are hard. It's been important to me this year to build community, it's been my lifeline. I just want to say thanks for that.
-We watched the show the night before my dad died
Willis has children Rumer (35), Scout (32), and Tallulah (29) with his ex-wife Demi Moore (61). They have also shared several updates about the father's diagnosis. Willis and Heming have daughters Maybelle (11) and Evelyn (9) together.
