It’s Saturday every time we meet youngest participant – Emma Steinbacken (19) – who sits at the end of the table and allows himself to be honored by the older artists of Kjerringøy.
Despite her young age, the girl from Gesheim with curly locks has managed to have a meteoric career and become one of Norway’s hottest artists in just a few years.
Back in 2017, Steinbakken was spotted when she had the title role in the musical Annie at the Ullensaker Cultural Centre. The following year, her breakthrough came with the single “Not Gonna Cry,” which later garnered over 22 million plays on Spotify.
