Hundreds of Google employees signed a statement opposing Google’s expanded vaccine requirements.

The tech giant also said that all employees who work directly or indirectly with public contracts should be vaccinated – even if they work from home.
The demands aroused employee discontent, and led to the start of circulating an internal statement. The statement, signed by at least 600 Google employees, calls on business leaders to withdraw the vaccine mandate and create a new law that is “inclusive of all Google employees.”
It also urges employees to “oppose the principle clause” and asks employees not to allow the message from Google to change their decision if they have already chosen not to take the Covid vaccine.
