Halvor Buck, Celebrity | Half-Back Shows TV Viewers Everything: – I had to think hard

In the spring, Halvor Bakke (52), known to many from the “Eventyrlig uppussing”, will appear in another TV show on Viaplay.

But this time, viewers get to see more of the 52-year-old. Television cameras follow Bakke both privately and professionally on the show, which has been dubbed “Halvor’s World of Adventure”. The first half through six episodes.

“I had to think twice before I agreed to take part in this,” Buck says in a ViaPlay press release.

– Very special

Bakke has a solid reputation in the entertainment industry and has previously participated in several TV productions – such as ‘Eventyrlig uppussing’ and ‘Homsepatruljen’.

However, the 52-year-old didn’t get used to having a camera crew around anytime soon – something he has now.

– It’s very special to have a camera team following you around all the time, Bakke says of the experience and continues:

– I’m proud of the result.

Bakke finds it particularly amusing to be able to show off everything he does outside of the “Adventure Renewal” season.

In the show, viewers follow the busy life of the TV presenter and also get to meet his family, colleagues and many close friends. Among others, Princess Martha Louise (51), Harald Runeberg (49) and Dorothy Scabell (60) participated in the TV series.

There is a complete speed and great breadth in what I do. Viewers will get an insight into the amount of work that goes into launching a new brand at Bohos, as well as travel with me around the world and interview me in private, he says of the show.

– A wonderfully nice person

As mentioned, Bakke had great success with “Eventyrlig uppussing” on the same channel, where for several years he guided his team through several comprehensive renovation projects.

And if Viaplay program editor Une Søreide is to be believed, Bakke’s new program will also provide viewers with good TV moments.

“Halvor’s World of Adventure offers many hilarious moments, and people can really look forward to joining in behind the scenes when he presents an award with Lilli Bendriss, takes part in creative business meetings with Märtha Louise and takes part in the sweet celebration of his 50th birthday,” Soreid points out.

Moreover, the program’s editor is full of praise for Bakke:

– Halvor is hugely dedicated in everything he does, and he really never does anything halfway through. I’d say his best side is that he’s a fantastically nice person, and in the series viewers get very close to Halvor as a special person and all the nice people close to him. This is an honest and intimate look at Halvor’s life, seasoned with plenty of humor.
