Selvaag heiress Cecilie C. Holte Selvaag bought the house in 2002 for NOK 19 million. According to the broker, the house was at the time a renovation project.

The house has since been renovated and has been for sale since November last year.

The Gimle property has now been sold to Tonje Flørnes Støle for NOK 75 million, Ambetta's overview of property transactions shows.

Flørnes Støle moved to Switzerland with Pareto top Svein Støle in 2018. Svein Støle is worth NOK 16 billion, according to Kapital, who is believed to be the 15th richest person in Norway.

E24 has asked questions about the purchase of Flørnes Støle, but has not yet succeeded in getting an answer.

The property is located in Gimli, behind a fence on the corner of a quiet street.

It spans four floors, has four bedrooms and an underground garage with direct access to the home, according to the property listing.

– It is one of the best-located detached houses ever found in Gimli – and one of the most attractive areas in the entire country, broker Axel Kule previously told E24.
