Catering is on the rise at the revitalized Helsinki Airport: eight new restaurants have opened at the airport. After the opening, passengers will be served at the airport in general Nearly 50 restaurants and cafes.

In the past few months, artisanal pizzeria Italian Kitchen Terracotta, Bubbles Seafood & Wine with an impressive selection of champagne and wines and a new café for café chain Espresso House have opened at Helsinki Airport.

Later in the spring, Naughty Burger, a burger restaurant developed by a Finnish Top Chef winner, will also open; Street Food Club, a restaurant serving delicious street food; The fourth Espresso House café at the airport; and two new Nordic Kitchen Deli, Bar & Bistro restaurants.
Restaurants and cafes will provide about 70 new job opportunities at the airport. In the renovation, about 2,500 square meters of new commercial space will be completed – and then there is a total of about 30,000 square meters of commercial space for rent at the airport.
In 2023, 15.3 million passengers traveled through Helsinki Airport, almost 90% of whom were traveling on an international flight.
