Spectacular emergency landing in the United States!
According to several media reports, pilot London Lucas, 18, crashed into a high-speed highway in the state of New Jersey with his small plane.
Police confirmed that no one was injured in the incident, which took place around 12.30pm on Monday (local time). Lucas reported engine problems and attempted to fly to nearby Ocean City Airport.
Eventually it landed “unusual but smooth” on a freeway bridge connecting Ocean City and Somers Point. There he found a gap in traffic. “It was so scary,” the interviewer told Broadcaster 6 ABC.
