Ivana Trump did not respond when she was found unconscious at the bottom of a staircase in her private Manhattan apartment in New York City, according to ABC Police – she was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the sources, the police investigated whether she had fallen, and if so, whether the fall in any way contributed to her death.
The coroner says the cause of death was a blow to the upper body from a fall – he says it’s all about an accident and that there’s nothing suspicious about the death.
