Country star Jessie James Decker, 35, was quick to slam United Airlines on her Instagram Story after her sister Sydney Rae Bass (31) was “humiliated” by staff on the flight.
Don’t call the kids weird
The singer himself believes he’s never heard of it, but many of the criticisms were directed at Bass on Twitter.
“absolutely humiliating”
Pregnant Bass was traveling alone with her daughters Brooklyn Rae, 5, and Blair, 2, when her youngest daughter spilled snacks on the aisle of the plane.
“My sister, Sydney Ray Bass, just texted me from a United flight. As you know, she’s five months pregnant, in the risk group and traveling alone with her two young children,” Decker opens, according to the people.
– misunderstanding
“Blair accidentally spilled popcorn in the aisle, and the flight attendant went to Sydney with a trash bag and a wet wipe, telling her the pilot wanted her to clean every single popcorn,” the star claims.
“My poor sister is crying all over the aisle, utterly humiliated and exhausted, with the children and everyone on board as witnesses. Good job, United.”
The airline has not yet responded to people’s inquiries.
On Instagram, Bass says it was the airline that gave them the popcorn.
The artist also asks why the airline is serving popcorn in the first place “if it’s so dangerous.”

Sydney Ray Bass’ husband, baseball player Anthony Bass, 35, also took to Twitter to express his displeasure. To a photo of his daughters on the plane, he writes the following:
“The United flight attendant made my wife, who is 22 weeks pregnant and traveling with two kids, ages five and two, take all on all fours and pick up popcorn for my youngest daughter. Are you kidding me?!?!”.
The baseball player’s message on Twitter received mixed reactions. While some react to the airline’s handling, others believe it is the parents’ responsibility to clean up after their children.
“She flew alone. With two kids. Pregnant. Stop. Everyone has jobs. They do this every day. It’s popcorn. Don’t throw up. Vacuum cleaners work fine,” the profile writes.
“I think it’s disgusting for flight attendants to make a pregnant lady clean up the mess. If they’re going to serve popcorn on the plane, they have to be ready to clean up. If not, don’t serve popcorn,” notes another.
Others, however, do not agree.
respond to rumors
“Airplanes are not a playground. Pick it up and take responsibility for your kids,” says one person on Twitter.
“The flight attendant is there for safety, not to clean up after your kids. As a former flight attendant, I speak from experience,” another explains.
“My wife should be a father!” This is how your voice sounds.”
In the past, Anthony Bass has Subscribed on Twitter which the couple and the airline talked about.
