Goodman is known for his roles in such productions as ‘Coyote Ugly’, ‘Evan Almighty’, ‘The Big Lebowski’ and ‘Roseanne’.
In an interview, Mackey told Chilston that he tried to scare Goodman a little and took him to a cemetery.
– I said, “John, that’s a shovel. You told me you wanted to recommit and follow the plan. I want you to dig your own grave. Until you dig it, you won’t understand what it means to live,” says the personal trainer in an interview with New York Post.

Furthermore, Shelston reportedly tried to explain to the actor that he was now getting a second chance and that he had to take control of his life.
“John, you already have an amazing daughter, an amazing wife, you’re successful, but you’re not going to succeed.”
These are among the words the coach is said to have said to the superstar as he stood in the cemetery, while pretending to be “death.”
“I want you to close your eyes and imagine that you can never say anything to your daughter and wife again. It’s all over. I’ve taken it (the Daily Life Note) from billions of people over the ages. But I’ll give you another chance.”
– I met myself at the door
As mentioned, the actor’s lifestyle project really started in 2007, when he showed weight of 180 kilograms.
Now he has cut his weight in half.
