Portuguese star Jose Mourinho, coach, continues his long and rich career at the major Turkish club Fenerbahce.

The 61-year-old coach has been out of work since his dismissal from coaching Roma last January. Now he has decided to continue his career in Turkish football.

Sky Sports reported on Friday, among other things, that the Portuguese had reached an agreement with Fenerbahce on a two-year contract. The Turkish club confirmed on Sunday that Mourinho will be presented to the fans on Sunday evening.

On Saturday evening, the club also released a video in which the veteran coach said he would travel to Türkiye the next day.

During his coaching career, the Portuguese managed clubs such as Porto, Inter, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Manchester United. In the first two teams, Mourinho won the Champions League in 2004 and 2010 respectively.

At Fenerbahce, Mourinho will coach Dusan Tadic and Fred, among others, whom the Portuguese coached at Manchester United in 2018. A few days ago it was announced that Norwegian Joshua King had finished coaching Fenerbahce.

Last season, Fenerbahce finished second in the Turkish First Division, three points behind the league champion and city rival Galatasaray.
