A training accident in Bali claimed the life of Justin Vicki (33), a famous bodybuilder and personal trainer, who worked in Denpasar, Bali.
He was only 33 years old.

On July 15, he attempted a squat with a weight of more than 180 kg.
Vicki failed to complete the lift and fell forward, throwing the barbell off her shoulders and taking her neck and head forward, she said. Discover Bali.
The weight snapped Vicki’s head forward, fracturing her neck and causing compression of the nerves to her heart and airways.
With serious neck and back injuries, Vicki was taken to a local hospital for emergency surgery. It didn’t help and he died shortly afterwards.

The incident happened at Paradise Bali Gym, which was the gym where Vicky was training. The gym mourned Vicki in a statement on Instagram.
