Bacary Sagna criticizes Manchester United fans’ expectations of Paul Pogba.
With pasts at Arsenal and Manchester City, among others, Bacary Sagna has had an eventful football career. In the French national team, he was a teammate of Manchester United’s Paul Pogba.
The latter has received a lot of criticism this season. In the humiliation against Liverpool, the midfielders were sent off after an ugly tackle on Naby Keita.
During the national team’s break, Pogba sustained a thigh injury and is likely to be out for the rest of the year. Some wonder if the Frenchman actually played his last game for Manchester United.
By the summer, Pogba’s contract expires, and so it is conceivable that the club will try to sell him in January, if he has not signed a new contract by then.

In an interview with metro Sagna believes Pogba could benefit from changing clubs, while at the same time criticizing the way the club’s supporters have been treated.
– I love Paul and the way he plays. I don’t want to speak for him, but it seems like things have been a little difficult between him and the fans at times, because they expect a lot from him, says Sagna.
Pogba was on fire in his first league match against Leeds. The Frenchman conceded four goals, and in the next match against Southampton, Pogba got another pass to score.
Thus, expectations were high for Paul Pogba after a great start to the season. Since then, the model has gradually declined throughout the season.
– They want him to be perfect because he has a very charismatic personality on the court and can provide so much space that they want him to do everything. It’s a bit like now with Ronaldo, says Sagna.
– disappointed
In the 0-5 loss to Liverpool at Old Trafford, Pogba was sent off and subsequently received a three-match suspension.
Pogba was among the United players who fell victim to heavy criticism after the humiliation.
Pogba was silent a lot because of the expulsion. Yes, it was an ugly interference, but he is trying to fight back and get the ball back for the team, according to Arsenal’s previous file.
The 28-year-old went into the break, but Judge Anthony Taylor took a shower a quarter of an hour later.
– What do you want him to do, just stand and watch? People think he doesn’t care, that he’s smiling, but whoever knows him knows he’s been disappointed.
– I love Manchester
There is excitement about where Paul Pogba will play next season. The speculation will never end.
Options will likely be sold out in January, contract extensions or free leaving the club until the summer.
– I don’t know if he belongs to Manchester United. Sagna says, I would like to see him shine in the team, because he loves Manchester.
The midfielder is likely to be injury-free in January. It remains to be seen if Paul Pogba played his last game in Manchester.
