TEarlier this year, Princess Märtha Louise, 52, launched her own podcast, HeartSmart Conversations, alongside Mary Manzetti and Lily Penderis, 77.
She is not afraid to open up.
The princess greeting her fiancé
In the seventh episode of the podcast, fashion pioneer Susan Holzweiler is a guest to talk about female leadership in professional life.
With her brother Andreas, she founded the clothing brand Holzweiler in 2012. She is also the general manager of the clothing brand Camilla Pihl.
-We live in a society where men traditionally ran things: they were day-to-day managers, they ran companies. We women have adapted to the men's way of doing business. Because it was the only way we knew how. But now that more and more women are joining us, we are bringing feminine energy to work life, says Susan Holzweiler in a clip from the podcast posted on Instagram.
-More easier
Brought to tears
In another clip, Martha Louise, who has gradually become a guest during Holzweiler's fashion shows, praises the brand.
-You have so much energy! Because of that energy, you will move to those degrees outside the Norwegian box. You are very diverse in the way you do things.
-You are one of the bravest people I know
The princess describes the Norwegian clothing brand's recent show during Copenhagen Fashion Week as a poignant moment.
-It was so magical with all the amazing clothes. I heard one of the models say: “Thank you so much for choosing me,” Martha Louise says, holding back tears.
She takes a short break to wipe away her tears.
Shout out to my mom with a cheeky memory
– I was very nervous before the show, but then we meditated together and everything went away. I felt good and felt appreciated and seen. It was so beautiful, she says, touched.
– A historical moment
KK was there when Holzweiler made his debut during London Fashion Week last year.
Martha Louise then sat with her fiancé, Doric Verret, and Leah Behn in the front row.
Princess KK described it as a “historic moment” for Norwegian fashion.

Holzweiler started with scarves on a roll and has grown into Norway's only large-scale fashion house. In 2022, Chinese owners joined the team, and international expansion into China, the United States and the United Kingdom is expected soon.
The brand already has several stores here at home. They recently opened a store in Copenhagen, and now it's London's turn.
