Elop Technology has received an order for both the portable Elop Insight unit and the Insight Crawler robotic unit from SealTech in the United States, according to a statement from the company.
SealTech, a Florida-based company that specializes in delivering products and services that take care of and extend its life, placed an order for ten Elop Insight ultrasound scanners and at the same time wanted the secure delivery of the InsightCrawler inspection robot.
Elop Insight scanners will be delivered through 2022, while the InsightCrawler unit, which is in development with Dekra Visatec, is expected to be available in the first half of 2022. This provides enough time to facilitate US regulatory approvals for the technology.
SealTech plans to launch inspection services based on Elop Technology solutions on a larger scale from the beginning of 2022.
