New plan for Norwegian football:

New plan for Norwegian football:

Liz Clavenice has seen it up close for some time; Something has to change in Norwegian football to keep up with the music.

Excluding the football economy, we don’t have the same development and we sell players earlier and for relatively lower amounts than other leagues.

Openness, collaboration, and sharing are a competitive advantage Norway has, but work can be ineffective and politicized.

The status of the facility.

Therefore, Klaveness and the Council gave a very special order to the administration of the NFF; Proposal for a sports plan for all Norwegian football.

– This is the direction we have to go, says Claveness.

– How can we exchange experiences so that Bran does not make the same mistake as Rosenberg for example.

Kato Hough of Norway’s Top Football Team (NTF) sees the need for a concrete plan.

– We have an upward curve in the form of the Norwegian club teams doing well in Europe, but the truth is that the men’s national team has not achieved results as expected.

This is the essence

For six months, “all Olival stadium athletes” worked on the podium, along with the country’s football circles.

Last week, Klaveness & Co. The one at his table.

The following are essential:

select hWhat is a “Norwegian” player, coach, identity and game model.

A national training facility where national teams can gather, coaches train and soccer experience.

KKnowledge sharing. The information is now widely disseminated and in various forums.

Toppserien professionalism.

Klaveness asserts that neither she nor the board of directors are sitting with the conclusion.

Are there clear guidelines for how to recruit players from the wider clubs? Or to enhance cooperation between the big club, the department and the national team?

– This is not about StÃ¥le (Solbakken) or Erling (Braut Haaland). It’s a whole ecosystem that we need to update.

NTF has visited more than 500 environments in Europe to gain experience in major academies and clubs.

– We know a lot, and the goal is to put knowledge into a system, says Hough.

Highlights of what it takes to develop better footballers over time:

70 percent financing, 20 percent management (coach/club management) and 10 percent luck/bad luck.

– You must have financial resources to be able to develop players, and making money from player logistics is an essential part. Then you have to have management that’s doing the right things, Hough says.

He believes that there is no reason why a small country like Norway could not become very good at running.

NTF and Topfotball Kvinner along with NFF are in on the plan, and they’ll take it into account on their boards over the summer.

It will be approved in the fall.

– We must have a clear common thread and policy when we compete, and promote football at the grassroots level. But changes cannot come at the expense of integrity. Obviously, football is for everyone.

– He must save the good

The “spirit” of Norwegian football must be taken care of, Klavenis stresses.

– Of course we have to keep the good. Development clubs everywhere, democracy, volunteerism, respect for supporters, relegation/open promotion.

It might be messy or we might be missing something, but we have to have that discussion, says Claveness.

The platform must be evaluated every year.

– We must understand the challenges we have to solve, so as not to push from stronghold to stronghold.

Don’t want to be naive

In March word comes that the Danes are making their largest investment ever, B.B A state-of-the-art national football center for three million sums.

At the same time, investors and country owners are sailing into the international football arena.

– We cannot face it naively. It’s a nut, Klaveness tells TV 2, we don’t want to answer right away.

Two main committees will be at work:

1) The Hangeland Committee, which will make recommendations on terminology lists and competition structure in Norwegian football.

2) The committee of the second section of the women’s side, which is looking at how to enhance this.

In the past, the Football Association had a professional-level sports schedule. Now the lines will be shorter and closer between subjects and decisions.

– It’s not like the alarm is sounding, but development is going really fast there.
