Going to a new meeting
On Monday evening, he announced a new meeting between Putin and US President Joe Biden. No date has been set for the meeting, but it is said that the meeting will deal with the conflict in Ukraine, and that the participants in the meeting will discuss security and strategic stability in Europe.
After news of the upcoming meeting, France said it now had diplomatic hopes for a solution, while Ukraine said it hoped a meeting between Putin and Biden would lead to a Russian withdrawal.

Uncertain intentions
