In this regard, the local business association is now looking for Sandefjord residents who would like to take part in this. The criterion is that you are comfortable and dare to speak in front of the camera lens on your mobile phone, and that you want to be part of a movie.
In other words, they are looking for “selfie actors” for movies.
– This can engage residents and be something fun, perhaps challenging, for many to take part in, declared Hanne Marie Pedersen, Director of Marketing at the Sandefjord Business Association and project manager at Think Sandefjord.

Those who wish to participate in these films must apply. This is done by shooting a short video of a selfie of yourself, where you tell us who you are and what the best thing about Sandefjord is. It is then emailed to Pedersen ([email protected]).
Videos can be anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute in length, she says.

Both immigrants and residents who have lived in the Sandefjord their entire lives can participate. The main point is that you are happy in the city.
– We’re looking for some real Sandefjord patriots, says Pedersen, who adds that they’re looking for women and men between the ages of 20 and 100.
You need three people
The deadline for applications is May 29, while registration will take place in the 23rd week. Three videos will be created with a total of three people, which will be featured on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and the Think Sandefjord website.

– We do not know whether we will get a hundred or zero. So it will be interesting to see how many videos we get in, and who gets picked in the end.
By the way, don’t get rich from posing as an “actor selfie”. But Pedersen can promise you’ll get something for the trouble:
