He has been designing and developing cars for many years for both BMW and Aston Martin. He also developed his own models, but without much success.
However, that may change now that Henrik Fisker has launched his first electric car. The philosophy is that the Ocean, as the car is called, should be an electric car for most people. It also reflects the Norwegian price, which starts at about 375,000 kroner.
Even before Christmas, the first cars will be rolled out on Norwegian roads. Norway is the country that Fisker first mentioned when he tells which markets have priority:
Success in Europe is critical for us to succeed. The first countries to get the car were Norway, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Austria, Fisker said when he performed the laser in the ocean during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona last week.

Range 63 miles
Production of the car is scheduled to begin in mid-November at the Magna plant in Graz, Austria. The first 5,000 cars will be an Ocean One launch model with apparently good specs and plenty of equipment.
You get a battery pack that will give the car a range of up to 630 km (special factory calculations, not WLTP metered), two motors totaling 550 hp, four-wheel drive and equipment that draws power to charge other people’s cars or electric bikes or provide electricity to a chainsaw in the cabin .
The price of the first issues is 625,000 NOK in Norway. But in small print it says this is without costs and delivery fees. This may mean that you have to pay an additional 10,000-15,000 kroner in the deposit of wreckage, shipping, preparation, etc.
This will be cheap
When the first 5,000 cars are delivered, production will start, among other things, the Ocean Sport, at a price of NOK 372,000 in Norway. That’s as far as we can see is very reasonable for an electric car that is 4.78 meters long and should have plenty of room for a family with kids.
Raw electric sports car
Admittedly, this version has only front-wheel drive, 275 hp and a battery pack that will provide a range of about 440 km. It has the same ability to share power from the car, and all modern safety equipment is in place.
Service at Mikonomin
Right now, Fisker doesn’t say anything about how fast the cars can charge. However, it is reported that cars can tow trailers from 1100 to 1800 kilograms. The latter are all-wheel drive cars and the most powerful engine.
Fisker does not have special service points in Norway, but has entered into an agreement with Mekonomen which will be responsible for maintenance, service and follow-up warranty liability. The manufacturer also guarantees that the batteries in the car retain at least 75 percent of the energy for 10 years or 160,000 kilometers.
