Parkinson's expert visits White House
Kevin Canard, one of America's leading neurologists with expertise in treating Parkinson's disease, has visited the White House eight times in the past year.
Many American media outlets wrote about it.
Canard held meetings with Kevin O'Connor, the president's regular physician, and records visits from the White House show.
A firestorm has erupted around President Joe Biden since his debate against Donald Trump in late June. Biden himself is honest that he did not give the best performance of his life, and many Democrats believe he should withdraw from the Democratic presidential nomination.
Following the debate, a Norwegian geriatrics professor told NRK he saw signs of Parkinson's disease in Biden.
– It seems quite confusing and confusing. Not the whole discussion, but in a few cases. If you think about what fits it best, it's a neurological disease that can fit in with Parkinson's disease, said Professor Geir Selback.
Biden's camp said he was tired from traveling earlier in June and caught a cold during the debate.
Every February, a report on the President's health is issued. This year's report He doesn’t mention Parkinson’s disease, but he does note that Biden is being treated for, among other things, sleep apnea, a condition in which the body stops breathing for periods during sleep.
