Petter “Outsider” Emotional Update to Nyquist: “For the whole month of May..”

Petter Nyquist is a man who has really used his life and career to shine a light on the darker side of society. With his groundbreaking documentary series, “Petter Uteligger,” Peter has brought homelessness and substance abuse to light in a way that few others have been able to. By living as a homeless person for several months, Peter has given us an unfiltered insight into the lives of those living on the fringes of society.

But more than just showing us the difficult circumstances, Peter has also shown us the people behind the stats. He gave a voice to the voiceless and a face to the faceless. With his deep compassion and undeniable courage, Petter Nyquist has not only changed our understanding of homelessness and substance abuse, but he has also shown us the power of lending a helping hand.

Peter never ceases to amaze us, and now he’s shared a touching new Instagram post about his latest project. This is what he wrote in his own words:

– For the whole month of May, I owned 5 square meters with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a combined office for myself.
Fortunately, I spent most of my time skiing outdoors – having the unique opportunity to spend really close time with some raw and utterly wonderful breast cancer survivors documenting their skiing 600km across the Greenland ice sheet.
Really impressed with what I was able to achieve, personally and for the cause of breast cancer❤️

Thank you for the confidence, the inspiration, the good hugs, the smelly sneaks, the powerful and moving stories, and so many bouts of laughter.

It’s really impressive what Peter has achieved, not least because of all the good causes he’s focused on. Perhaps it was an intense trip with many impressions. We are very much looking forward to having you with us when this is on TV.
