In 2020, Prince Harry (39 years old) and Duchess Meghan (42 years old) moved to California in the United States, and at the same time gave up their royal duties.
Now, four years later, attorney Carl Nichols is demanding access to Prince Harry's visa application from the US Department of Homeland Security. He writes Telegraph.

The Heritage Foundation claims Harry may have lied about his drug use on his immigration papers. The Heritage Foundation is an American conservative think tank founded in 1973 and has been advocating for conservative American values ever since.
They believe the prince should not have been granted a visa to the United States if he admitted to using drugs in the application.
Attorney Nichols expressed to the court in Washington his desire to obtain more information about the prince’s application, so that he could then make an assessment on whether the immigration papers should be made public. A judge in Washington, D.C., ordered the visa application released, but US authorities are now fighting the order.
In his autobiography 'Spare', Prince Harry revealed several details about his private life last year – including that he tried cocaine when he was 17 years old. He also revealed that he also experimented with cannabis and psychedelic mushrooms.

“Of course I had done cocaine at the time,” says Spare.
In an interview with therapist Dr. Gabor Matei, the prince spoke more about his drug use. The prince said that cannabis helped with his mental health, and highlighted a number of positive experiences he had with psychedelic mushrooms.
According to the news site LBC The United States government believes that the prince's confessions contained in the book are not evidence that he actually used drugs.
The US Department of Homeland Security reportedly said that revealing the prince's visa application would violate Harry's privacy.
