Ramzan Kadyrov: He denies the rumours:

As Dagbladet reported over the weekend, it has been speculated whether Kadyrov might be admitted to a hospital in Moscow.

Outside the hospital, used by Russian political elites, several Chechen-registered cars were spotted, which allegedly could be linked to Kadyrov’s inner circle and his administration.

The online newspaper Opozrevatil, run by a Ukrainian politician, quoted intelligence sources on Sunday as saying that Kadyrov’s health had deteriorated in a Moscow hospital, and that he might be transferred to specialists in the United Arab Emirates.

Speculation is raging: High activity in hospitals

Ukrainian intelligence also claimed that Kadyrov was seriously ill and was in a coma.

Earlier this week, Oleksiy Danilov, head of Ukraine’s National Security Council, speculated whether Kadyrov’s alleged health problems might be due to poisoning.

But on Wednesday, the Chechen dictator posted a new message on his Telegram account, in which he said that he was in the hospital in Moscow on the occasion of a visit to his sick uncle.

– During my business trip to Moscow, I visited the Central Clinical Hospital at the first opportunity, where I found him in a good mood, Kadyrov writes.

He also comments on the speculation surrounding his health condition.

– Thank God, I am alive and in good health, and I do not understand at all why there should be a fuss even if I am sick? Although this has its advantages – the public now knows which media and which people are openly lying to their readers, Kadyrov writes.

He also posted several pictures of himself and his sick uncle in the hospital.

Kadyrov writes that the uncle’s health condition was of great concern to the family, and sends many thanks to the doctors “who are truly professionals with great capital.”

Thanks to them, our dear uncle will recover from his illness within two weeks. God willing, he will write more.

On a walk in the rain

After speculation gained momentum over the weekend, a video was posted on the dictator’s Telegram channel on Sunday, in which he appears to respond to the allegations.

He goes out for a walk and says the following:

– I highly recommend anyone who cannot distinguish between truth and lies on the Internet to take a walk in the fresh air and put all their thoughts in order. The rain is wonderfully refreshing.

It is not known where and when the video was filmed.

“Putin’s blood dog” is sick: – a reason for concern

Rumors for a long time

Kadyrov, also referred to as “Putin’s blood dog,” is a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin. It was Putin who appointed him leader of Chechnya in 2007.

Officially, little information is available about Kadyrov’s alleged illness. Rumors have been circulating for several months that he is suffering from kidney failure.

The German newspaper Bild reported last March that former Chechen Deputy Prime Minister Akhmed Zakayev claimed that Kadyrov was suffering from kidney problems.

Also in June, Ramzan Kadyrov was allegedly seriously ill.
